Your information

The booking flow saves the details you enter, including contact details, dog information, care notes, appointment time and status. Records are stored by the website hosting service in the Hounds & Heritage business account. Business administrators can see all records. Dog owners can see their linked dogs and appointments. Groomers can see their assigned appointments, visit notes and care records for dogs with upcoming assigned visits. Access uses your ChatGPT sign-in.

A business administrator can delete an appointment in the salon diary. Cancelling an appointment retains its history. Archiving a dog or team member hides the record from active lists but does not delete it. Contact the business administrator for help correcting or removing stored information.

Staff and payment records

Staff profiles can include qualifications, working arrangements, service areas, insurance and review dates, emergency contacts and business notes. Client booking screens receive only the details needed to choose a groomer. Internal business notes and financial records are visible only to business administrators.

Administrators may record payments received and refunds made outside this website. These entries store the amount, date, method, reference and the administrator who recorded them. No card numbers or bank account details are collected. Appointments with payment history are retained.

Appointment requests

Sample appointments use two-hour spaces for each groomer, based on the working days and start times recorded in their profile. Times are shown in the UK time zone. Requests hold a sample time until confirmed, completed or cancelled in the diary. The salon location, opening date, operating hours and final service menu are still to be agreed.

Prices & payments

Prices are illustrative starting prices. There is no online payment or deposit collection in this preview. No email or text confirmations are sent. Appointment status can be checked in the salon diary.

Business contact details, the salon address, the final privacy policy and customer terms will be added before real customer bookings open.
